Breathing freely is of paramount importance. Yet, the number of people who don’t is shocking. In this time of extremely high environmental pollution by chemicals, heavy metals and dangerous gases, the problems of allergies, asthma and emphysema are skyrocketing. The children suffer the most, but we adults are not far behind. It seems that almost everyone is touched by at least some type of environmentally-induced allergic reaction at one time or another in any given year. Since these complicated problems exist in such increasing intensity, I have been compelled to create Free Breath for myself and for my patients. After many clinical trials with the ingredients of this product, I am convinced that it will help to rebalance and rebuild the pulmonary system (lungs & bronchioles). However, the depth to which breathing obstructions go are not just limited to the lungs. The sinuses are a primary player. Most people don’t realize that the sinuses are huge and go way back into the head. Free Breath supports these as well. Further, it appears to reduce the desire to smoke, according to how many you take. After extensive observation of Free Breath’s clinical success, I have consistently observed another interesting application. It is an excellent antifungal therapeutic lung food preparation. It seems that most chronic situations in the lungs are from fungus. I have never seen anything natural to go after fungi with such a vengeance. I use it when lung fungus of any kind is evident...particularly Candida albicans. Many poisons and allergies are held deep in these sinus cavities and cause continuous mucous and drainage. This is the way the body is trying to expel these trapped poisons. Clinically, I have seen migraines helped by Free Breath. This confirms my findings that the lungs and sinuses are directly connected to migraine activity. To assist with trapped particles in the sinuses, I recommend a very effective folk remedy, the sinus facial bath called, Flush Out, that will help to further reduce these allergens as well as sinusitis. I highly suggest that you use both of these products together.
1. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
This is the primary ingredient. Over the years I have seen this vitamin help mild asthma more than anything if taken consistently. Nothing has been written about B2 and asthma in the literature. I discovered this purely by accident while giving B2 for light-sensitive eyes - to many asthmatics. All of them started improving with the asthmatic episodes as well. Besides its usual benefits of helping light-sensitive eyes, it seems to help in true migraine situations. I have used it for years to also detox the body of man-made enviro-chemical poisons with good success. Be aware that this is the “yellow” vitamin and will definitely turn your urine very yellow.
2. Coltsfoot
