Extreme greens

I started doing modern day research on the theory of alkaline/acid reactions in the blood and body tissues in the late 1970’s. I finished that clinical research and experimentation and published the book Alkalize Or Die in 1991. Many other doctors and researchers have since supported this idea and also published. The theory of over acidification is here to stay. Extreme Greens is another potent tool in our arsenal that is very helpful for counteracting over acidification in the body. As with our 12 Systems Multiple, I am using the wonderful substance called MSM as the primary ingredient and unifying synergist in this formula. MSM has many unique qualities. It seemingly has the ability to penetrate the cell. I have seen energetic evidence that genetic poisons and other cellular interferences have been addressed. This, however, is only a clinical observation. The real strength of Extreme Greens is not only its powerful alkalizing effect on the body, but the fact that it supplies so many of our necessary daily requirements. It literally can feed the body all the greens it needs in a days time if 6 or more are taken. So many people do not eat enough vegetables. I have talked to numerous folks who seriously thought that an order of french fries a day was sufficient to address their vegetable needs. The other sad thing that my best friend and organic agriculturist, Dr. Arden Andersen, has demonstrated to me on farms in this country and throughout the world is that there is just not enough nutrition in the soil to feed the plants that feed us! So many of our foods are deficient that it is alarming. Extreme Greens is composed of the top quality of every nutrient that I could get and still make this product affordable. The vitality level of this formula is far above that of your cellular needs; therefore, you are being fed and satisfied correctly. Once you have received the proper nutrients into your cells then you are no longer hungry and have no desire to continue overeating. Most of the time you overeat  because your body is starving and what you had for lunch did not satisfy your cellular needs. So the body begs for more. But what you feed it does not contain what you really need. There is no question that Extreme Greens can be thought of as a multiple vitamin-mineral-amino acid supplement for strict vegetarians. I recommend 12 Systems Synergistic Multiple and Extreme Greens together if you want to get all you need daily and are not sure what else to take. These two will definitely cover all of the bases. If you have more specific problems like most people do who order from  us, then you will need other supplements to help you with this. In this instance, use Extreme Greens to act as a basic overall support. Extreme Greens can be used by anyone and should be a daily addition to everyone’s diet. Practically everyone is at least mildly over acidic!

Description of Ingredients:

1. MSM

Our primary ingredient, overall unifier and synergist. It is very good for everything in the body, especially arthritic and fibromyalgic conditions.

2. Grapefruit Pectin

This powerful alkalizer is known for its ability to help with cardiovascular disease.

3. Sea Vegetables

These plants contain every needed nutrient known just by themselves. This mixture of sea vegetables contains wakame, nori, kombu, dulse, and carrageenan.

4. Fennel

I use fennel for its ability to aid about any kind of digestive problem. St. Hildegard said this should be one of the mainstays of our diet.

5. Alfalfa (leaf) & Extract

This green is a major source for minerals and enzymes. I use the leaf more for enzymes and the much stronger extract for minerals.

6-10. Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Turnip Greens, &

Mustard Greens

These alkaline-forming cruciferous vegetables are known for their antioxidant, and anti-cancer properties. They contain vitamins A,B,C, iron, and phosphorus.

11. Glucosamine Sulphate

This substance is made in the body from glucose and glutamine. It is undisputably the best nutrition available to rebuild bone, joint, ligament laxity and tendon strains. Many health professionals believe that most musculoskeletal pain comes from ligament laxity, which means it is too loose. Glucosamine tightens these back up and supports the deep stronger ligaments, connective tissues and cartilage in the body.

12. L-Glutamine

Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid found in the muscles of the body. It is known as a brain food because it can readily pass the blood-brain barrier. It helps maintain the proper alkaline/acid balance in the body. It supplies the basic building blocks for DNA and RNA.

13. Wheatgrass

Many people believe that wheatgrass is the most important green food on earth because of all the nutrients found in it and the way they are organized. Clinics across the world use wheatgrass therapy to heal every known condition. I love it because of its high alkalinity and its high frequency level.

14. Alpha-Galactoside

This is the digestive enzyme found in Bean-O. It is the best one for digesting vegetables and other carbs. I have a hefty dose of this in the formula.

15. Beet Root

I use beets because of their high natural iron content and their strong action on the proper regulation of the gall bladder.

16-18. Spirulina, Chorella, BlueGreen Algae

This terrific trio are all “superfoods”. Spirulina is 70% protein and contains all the essential amino acids which is better than meat. Chorella is known for its detoxifying effect on poisons and heavy metals as well as being an immune system support. Blue Green Algae is known for its high B12 content and vast array of bioavailable trace minerals.

19. Ginger Root

This is great for digestion which is why I include it and is known as a strong blood circulation inducer.

20. Celery

It is used medicinally for its anti-inflammatory effects. It also has a beneficial effect on a tropical parasite called schistosomiasis.

21. Parsley

This green food is very easy on the stomach and transits faster  through the system than any other whole food. It is highly alkalineforming. It is good for the stomach and the urinary bladder.

22. Dandelion Leaf

Known for its support to the urinary bladder. Alkaline-forming. Also makes a fine tasting wine.

23. Raspberry (Berry)

This contains ellagic acid which is being found to be very effective against cancer. It is also a great muscle relaxer when made into a tea.

24. Corn Silk

This is very good for all kinds of kidney problems.

25. Aloe Vera Leaf

It contains substances that are helpful for proper colon function. This plant is so amazing that some companies have built their entire line of health foods around it.

26 & 27. Peppermint Leaf and Oil

These two ingredients are paramount for good digestion. They are highly alkaline-forming and aid in problems with the mouth and gums as well as the stomach lining.

28. Bilberry Leaf

This herb helps with blood sugar problems and eye imbalances.

29. Watercress Herb

This plant is highly alkaline-forming and contains iodine, iron, potassium, and is used to help with tuberculosis.

30. Slippery Elm Bark

Highly alkaline-forming. Neutralizes acids and relieve asthma, soothes tissues, throat, and supports the lungs.

31. Pumpkin

High is potassium, which is a great alkalizer.

32. Rosemary Leaf

Alkaline- forming herb used for headaches, digestion, head colds, and loss of speech.

33. Sage Leaf

Alkaline-forming green plant that is supportive to the brain. This herb has special meanings for Native Americans.

34. Carrot Leaf

We are using the leaf of the plant as opposed to the root because of its alkaline-forming green aspect that is still high in vitamin A.

35. Garlic Bulb (odorless)

Contains natural antibiotics, lowers blood pressure, reduces angina, increases circulation, and expels worms.

36. Spearmint Leaf

This alkaline-forming substance is used to assist the breakdown and digestion of the many ingredients in this formula.

37. Goldenseal Herb

This is one of the best herbs on earth for the immune system.

38. Wintergreen Herb

I have added this in because of its green-yin alkaline-forming nature.

40. Spinach

This deep green vegetable is high in oxalic acid which helps to dissolve unwanted acid waste products in the body. It is particularly good for healing the intestinal tract.

41. Shavegrass Herb

I like this herb because of its naturally high calcium content. I have seen it used in many chelation programs as a cleanser and blood purifier.

42. Clove Herb
