Join us in this small intimate setting to learn how to cook a healthy, yet rich and tasty meal in easy to learn steps. Kim Lucia, culinary artist from kdlu cafe, will guide you through the process of cooking while Dakota will explain the health benefits of various cooking styles, foods, and nutrients. You will not only know how to prepare and cook your meal but also how to get the most nutrients for your body.

 And the best part of the workshop? In the end all of us sit down together to eat this wonderful meal and meet new friends.

This will be a monthly workshop with the menu changing each month.
